There are several effects of practicing organized and daily sport on humans health. Initially , It helps in building bodies , because it strengthen humans muscles and it makes people fit and thin. Secondly , it helps activate memory and makes humans memories strong , so it refreshes our mind. Third, It creates an effective gentle and strong humans being. Fourth. It helps to teach people discipline, co-operation and patience. Fifth , It helps in spreading international understanding and peace among the nations of the world because it supports the relation among the nations of the world. To sum up we should practice daily and organized sport to keep ourselves healthy and wealthy.
